Privacy Policy

How we handle, process, and protect your data.

1. Data Processing Architecture

Metriota is designed as a zero-trust, self-hosted proxy. When you deploy the Community or Enterprise Edition within your own infrastructure, we do not collect, monitor, or have access to your token streams, prompt payloads, or vaulted PII. All data redaction and processing occurs strictly within your local environment and local Redis instances.

2. Telemetry and Analytics

For users accessing our managed cloud services or website, we collect standard operational telemetry (e.g., page views, error logs) to ensure system reliability. You may opt out of anonymous analytics in your Metriota Dashboard settings.

3. Third-Party Upstream Providers

When routing traffic through Metriota Gateway to third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex), your de-identified payloads are subject to the respective privacy policies of those providers. We strongly recommend configuring the Metriota PII Vault to strip sensitive information before egress.
