The rules governing your use of Metriota Gateway.
1. License and Usage
The Metriota Community Edition is provided under an open-source license. You are free to modify, distribute, and deploy the software in personal and commercial environments subject to the terms of the MIT License. Enterprise capabilities are subject to a separate commercial agreement.
2. Operational Responsibility
Metriota provides tools to aid in compliance (such as PII redaction and prompt firewalls). However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring your overall system architecture complies with local laws, regulations (like HIPAA or GDPR), and the terms of your upstream LLM providers.
3. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from the use of the software.
